Trewyn Isaf

A large seaside holiday house that sleeps nine. Ideal for family beach holidays with sandy beaches for swimming, sailing, kite and wind surfing. Convenient for the mountains of Snowdonia for walking, rock climbing and mountain holidays. Right on the new Coastal Path around Anglesey!

This distinctive house is set in its own extensive sand dunes just yards above the beach on a sweeping sandy bay. It has a superb view across the bay towards Holyhead Mountain in the distance. On the edge of the small town of Rhosneigr, popular for windsurfing, kite surfing, sailing and power boating, it is well placed for easy access to the rest of Anglesey and the mountains of Snowdonia on the mainland for walking and rock climbing.

The spacious, stone, detached house was built as a holiday house in the 1880's and has recently been completely modernised retaining many of its Victorian features.

On the Welsh system used until 2008 the house had a 4 star rating. There has been a systematic down grading in Wales using the new British standards.

It has four large bedrooms and a small child's room, (known as the Captain's Cabin) a bathroom and separate shower room upstairs. Three of the large bedrooms have twin beds and the fourth has a double bed. It sleeps 9 in all.

Downstairs are the dining room, lounge with open fire, family room with 2nd TV, kitchen, utility room and 2nd shower room and WC.

There is full oil central heating, unlimited hot water on demand, secondary glazing, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, garden furniture and barbeque. Bed linen is supplied.

Electricity is included in the tariff. Heating oil is metered and charged at cost when you leave.

The property has broadband wireless Internet access.

There is a full HD TV with Freesat HD.

The property has a Friday changeover. Short breaks are available at short notice in the low season.

Well behaved pets are welcome but should not be allowed upstairs in the house.

There is plenty of parking in the house grounds for boats and vehicles.
